Look to the LORD and his strength; seek his face always. Remember the wonders he has done, his miracles, and the judgments he pronounced.

Do not be afraid, little flock, for your Father has been pleased to give you the kingdom.

You see, at just the right time, when we were still powerless, Christ died for the ungodly. Very rarely will anyone die for a righteous man, though for a good man someone might possibly dare to die. But God demonstrates his own love for us in this: While we were still sinners, Christ died for us.

If you do good to those who are good to you, what credit is that to you? Even "sinners" do that.

How can a young man keep his way pure? By living according to your word.

When the Son of Man comes in his glory, and all the angels with him, he will sit on his glorious throne.

We know that we have come to know him if we keep his commands.

You adulterous people, dont you know that friendship with the world means enmity against God? Anyone who chooses to be a friend of the world becomes an enemy of God.
